1. Contact VideoLink Inc. to purchase Trade-Up

2. Authorized Reseller issues Registered Customer an RMA#

  • Registered Customer must be sure all customer content is backed up before returning the unit
  • Registered Customer must package the unit carefully and make sure unit has padding and is secure
  • Registered Customer should insure package
  • Registered Customer should include RMA# on the outside of the box

3. TriCaster unit arrives in Shipping/Repair

4. Unit is replaced, registered and shipped back to the Authorized Reseller or Registered Customer using the shipping method listed on the order
